Its blend of surfactants and naturally occurring micro-organisms effectively emulsify, degrade and digest fats, proteins and grease. It cleans and sweetens drain lines and grease traps in food manufacturing, processing, preparing or cooking areas. Comes in the form of a straw coloured liquid with a slight ammonia scent.
